*Orders over 25 units may be subject to longer lead-time.Â Custom sized orders placed during peak spring and summer months may take an additional 5-10 business days to ship.
As long as notice is given at time of order placement, we will always make every effort to ship your order out so that you receive it when you need it.
Expedited production is available on most orders, most of the time.Â The cost is $100 per unit (a single is one unit, a double is two units) and orders of less than 10 units will ship usually within 1-2 business days.Â Inquire at time of order placement for exact expedite lead-time.
Order confirmations are provided via email on all orders. The estimated lead-time is stated on the confirmation. If the lead-time needs to be adjusted after we send the order confirmation, an order status report will be provided.
Dealer Ordering Instructions
Each dealer will need to create a user account within our our secure online shopping cart at https://shop.plissescreen.com.Â Subsequently, use this account to place all orders via our online shopping cart, there are many reasons this is preferable:
- Check the status of your order, track a shipped order, reprint an invoice, print a report of past sales and much more
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- All information is safe and secure on our SSL certified shopping cart (“shop.plissescreen.com has been validated to have a secure SSL certificate which provides industry standard data encryption of information transferred from your computer to the website.”)
- Billing & Shipping addresses are saved within the system
- Less chance for error
- Greater accuracy
- Less redundancy
When you place an order, you’ll simply choose the basic size of each door or window and then fill in the blanks to ensure all of the necessary information is there for us to produce and ship.
Please note that our shopping cart will NOT reflect your dealer discounted price.Â Each discount is based on quantity and so dealers have different prices.Â The prices shown on the order you place through our shopping cart will be the full retail, including shipping, unless you order an un-sized unit.Â For dealer base prices and discount schedule see our Dealer Pricing page.
Un-sized units are found under the Dealer section of the left side navigation panel and reflect each unit’s base price (full retail minus shipping).
In order to complete placement of your order you will need to enter payment information and the system will automatically pre-authorize your credit card for the full invoice total.Â Please note that this is only an authorization of funds and no actual charges are placed or funds collected until the day the order ships.Â You should expect to receive notification via the email address on your account within 1-2 business days reflecting your appropriate discount.Â That new, discounted* total, plus the cost of shipping, will be collected just prior to shipping.
